Before you apply.
Clear answers about online coaching, scheduling, training plans and what happens after you apply.
10 questions01 Do I need any training experience?
No. Coaching can be adapted for complete beginners as well as people who already train but want more structure and consistency.
If you are new to training, we’ll start with the basics: exercise technique, manageable training volume and a routine you can realistically maintain.
02 Do I need to train in a gym?
Not necessarily.
Your training plan can be built around the equipment you have available — whether that’s a full gym, a small local gym, or a limited home setup.
The key is knowing what equipment you have before we build your program.
03 How many times per week do I need to train?
For most people, 2–4 training sessions per week are enough to make meaningful progress.
The exact number depends on your goals, schedule, experience and recovery.
The goal is not to fit your life around training — it’s to build training that fits into your life.
04 How quickly will I see results?
There is no fixed timeline because progress depends on your starting point, goals, training consistency, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle.
Some changes can be noticeable within the first few weeks, while bigger changes require more time.
The focus is on sustainable progress rather than short-term extremes.
05 Do you provide a nutrition plan?
I can help you improve the everyday nutrition habits that support your training and goals.
However, coaching does not replace medical or clinical nutrition advice. If you have a medical condition or require a specialised diet, you should work with an appropriate healthcare professional.
06 Can I train if I have an injury or medical condition?
It depends on the situation.
If you have an existing injury, medical condition or significant pain, please mention it before starting.
Training may be adapted when appropriate, but coaching is not a replacement for medical diagnosis, treatment or physiotherapy. In some cases, medical clearance may be recommended before training.
07 What languages do you coach in?
Coaching is available in English.
You don’t need perfect English to work with me — communication can be kept simple and practical.
08 Can you coach clients in different countries and time zones? Yes. Online coaching is available internationally.
Most communication does not require us to be in the same time zone. If a live call or training session is needed, we arrange a suitable time in advance.
09 What happens after I apply?
After you submit the application, I’ll review your goals and contact you to discuss the next step.
If we’re a good fit, we’ll choose the coaching option that makes the most sense for you and agree on a starting date.
10 What if online coaching is not right for me?
That’s okay. You don’t have to start with full online coaching.
If you mainly need direction, a training plan or a one-off session may be a better starting point.
You can choose the level of support that makes sense for you.
