Ilya 9-Month Transformation

193–194 cm · 120 kg → 108 kg · 9 months

Ilya came to me at around 120 kg after a long break from regular sport. He had a strong athletic background, but over time had gained a significant amount of excess body fat.

Our goal wasn’t simply to make him lighter. We focused on body recomposition — reducing fat while rebuilding strength, muscle and overall athletic shape.

We used a controlled calorie deficit while keeping strength training as the foundation of the process. This allowed Ilya to steadily improve his body composition without turning the transformation into an aggressive cut.

Over 9 months, his weight dropped from 120 kg to 108 kg, while his physique became noticeably leaner, stronger and more athletic.

The result is not just 12 kg less on the scale — it is a complete return toward a powerful, athletic build.

Starting point

120 kg at 193–194 cm after a long break from regular sport.

Training focus

Controlled calorie deficit with consistent strength training and body recomposition.

Context

120 → 108 kg in 9 months. Leaner, stronger and significantly more athletic.

Roman 18-Month Transformation

176 cm · 104 kg → 68 kg → 84 kg → 78–80 kg

Roma started his transformation at around 104 kg. Since intense gym training wasn’t an option at the beginning, we focused on nutrition, daily activity and gradual weight loss. As his fitness improved, we added more walking and low-intensity cardio. Over time, his weight dropped all the way to 68 kg.

From there, the goal completely changed. We shifted the focus to strength training and muscle growth, gradually bringing his weight up to around 84 kg.

After building a significantly stronger and more muscular physique, we completed a cutting phase and brought him down to 78–80 kg, where he is today.

The result is not simply a lighter version of the same body — Roma is now stronger, more muscular and far more athletic, combining strength training with running, jumping and an active lifestyle.

From losing excess weight to building a strong, athletic physique.

Starting point

104 kg at 176 cm, low activity and limited training capacity.

Training focus

Fat loss first, then progressive strength training and muscle gain.

Context

104 → 68 → 84 → 78–80 kg. Leaner, stronger and far more athletic.
