Current Website mode
This version describes the current application-only Website. Submitting a coaching application is free, does not create a coaching contract and does not create a payment obligation. The Website does not process payments. Paid-service terms and seller details are provided separately before any payment is requested.
1. Who we are
panincoach.com (the "Website") is operated by Vladimir Panin ("PaninCoach", "we", "us" or "our"). We provide online fitness coaching, training plans and related services.

2. Current service availability
PaninCoach adds jurisdictions only after the relevant legal and operational requirements have been reviewed. Website availability does not mean that coaching applications are accepted from every country or state. The current Website is an application-only lead form and does not provide checkout or payment processing.
Version 1 does not accept coaching applications from Mainland China, Russia, Washington State or Nevada. Applications from other locations are accepted only where that location has been enabled in the Website application flow.
EU/EEA and UK application flows will be activated only after any required representative and international-transfer arrangements are completed.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Public coaching application
Depending on the application form, we may collect:
- full name;
- email address and other contact details you choose to provide;
- confirmation that you are 18 or older;
- country and, for the United States, state;
- time zone;
- fitness goal and training experience;
- home or gym training preference and available equipment;
- preferred coaching service, schedule and communication method; and
- a short general message.
Do not submit health information in the public form
Do not include diagnoses, medical records, medications, detailed injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy-related medical information or other detailed health information in the application or general message field. PaninCoach does not use a Website Health & Safety Form.
3.2 Application follow-up communications
If you submit an application, we may use your contact details and the information in your application to reply, discuss availability and decide whether the requested coaching service is a suitable fit. Submitting an application does not create a contract or payment obligation. If you later decide to purchase coaching, additional service and transaction information will be handled under the terms and privacy information provided before payment.
3.3 Technical information
For normal Website operation and security, the server may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps and security logs.
3.4 Client photographs and testimonials
The Website may display client photographs, before-and-after images, testimonials or transformation results where the client has given separate permission for that publication.
Giving permission for publication is optional and is not a condition of applying for or purchasing coaching.
Client results are individual and are not presented as a guarantee that another client will achieve the same or similar results.
A client may contact us at thepanin.biz@gmail.com to withdraw permission for future use of their testimonial or image.
4. How and why we use personal information

5. Required and optional information
Fields marked as required are needed to respond to an application, verify eligibility, identify the applicable location-based flow and arrange the requested service. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to respond or provide the service.
Optional information is not required to submit an application.
6. Service providers and recipients
The current application-only Website uses a limited number of service providers for hosting and business communications:
- VPS.DO - Website/server hosting; the current production server is planned to be located in the United States;
- Google - email services used to receive notifications and respond to enquiries.
- Telegram Bot API — used to send operational notifications about new Website applications to Vladimir Panin. A notification may include information submitted through the application form.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party targeted advertising.
7. International transfers
Because the Website server is located in the United States and services such as Google and Telegram may process information across different jurisdictions, personal information may be accessed or processed outside the country where you live.
EU/EEA and UK application flows will not be activated until the international-transfer safeguards and any representative arrangements required for those flows have been confirmed.
For Japan users, where Japanese law applies to an application and requires additional information, consent or protective arrangements for foreign-country processing or third-party provision, PaninCoach will apply the required measure before that processing is enabled.
The provider and transfer setup will be reviewed whenever a new jurisdiction or service provider is enabled.
8. Retention

9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the service, including restricted administrator access, encrypted transport, secure server configuration, access controls and controlled backups.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to:
- request access to personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion in applicable circumstances;
- request restriction of, or object to, certain processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format where the law provides that right;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- complain to a competent privacy or data-protection authority.

We may request reasonable information to verify identity before acting on a request.
11. Minors
The public coaching application is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If coaching is requested for a person under 18, the initial enquiry must be submitted and managed by a parent or legal guardian. PaninCoach does not permit a child under 13 to submit an online application or personal information directly.
12. EU / EEA users
If the EU GDPR applies because PaninCoach offers services to individuals in the EEA, the rights described above apply together with the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
If GDPR Article 27 requires an EU representative, the EU/EEA application flow will remain disabled until a representative is appointed and its contact details are published.
13. United Kingdom users
If the UK GDPR applies because PaninCoach offers services to individuals in the United Kingdom, you may exercise the rights described above and may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
If a UK representative is required, the UK application flow will remain disabled until a representative is appointed and its contact details are published.
You may also submit a data-protection complaint directly to thepanin.biz@gmail.com. We will keep a complaint record and handle the complaint in accordance with applicable UK requirements.
14. Singapore users
Where Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act applies, PaninCoach will follow applicable notification, consent, purpose limitation, protection, retention, transfer, access/correction, breach-notification and accountability requirements.

15. Japan users
Where Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) applies because PaninCoach provides services to a person in Japan and handles that person's personal information outside Japan, PaninCoach will use personal information only for the purposes described in this Policy and will provide the access, correction, deletion or other handling required by applicable Japanese law.
Where Japanese law requires additional information or consent before providing personal data to a third party in a foreign country, the required information and consent or another permitted protective mechanism will be used.
A separate commercial-transactions disclosure page will be provided before any Japan-targeted paid sale is accepted; it is not required merely to submit the current free application.
16. United States users
Privacy requirements in the United States vary by state. Version 1 does not accept applications from Washington State or Nevada. Those states will be enabled only after their state-specific consumer-health-data policies and operational request/deletion workflows are activated.
Other US state requirements will be reviewed as the service expands or as legal thresholds become applicable.
17. Mainland China and Russia
Website does not offered to clients located in Mainland China or to the Russian client market. Applications identifying those locations will not be accepted through the Website. Those markets may be added only after a separate legal and operational review.
18. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Website does not use optional advertising pixels or non-essential analytics/tracking technologies. Technologies strictly necessary for Website operation and security may be used.
If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced later, this Policy and any required consent controls will be reviewed before activation.
19. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Website, services, providers, supported markets or data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
