These Terms govern coaching services offered through panincoach.com by Vladimir Panin ("PaninCoach", "Coach", "we", "us").

Seller / contracting details required by applicable law will be provided to the client before any payment is requested. No country of establishment is stated here until it is factually determined.

By purchasing a service you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you cannot be excluded by these Terms.

The Website application is for adults aged 18 or older. Coaching for a person under 18 may be considered only through a parent or legal guardian, who must manage the booking and any required consent.

PaninCoach does not provide pregnancy coaching in v1. Postpartum coaching may be considered only after appropriate recovery and, where appropriate, medical clearance.

• Starter Fitness Session - approximately 45-55 minutes. The first session may include a short consultation and a training session.
• Custom 4-Week Training Plan - an individual programme for home or gym, normally delivered within 48 hours after the required non-medical information is received.
• Other coaching services may be offered only when their scope, price and duration are confirmed to the client before payment.

Descriptions on the Website are summaries. The confirmed booking or written offer controls if there is any inconsistency.

Submitting a Website application is free and does not itself create a coaching contract, order or payment obligation. If an application is approved, PaninCoach will separately confirm the service, price, timing and applicable terms before requesting payment. A coaching contract is formed only at the later manual stage in accordance with that confirmation and applicable law.

The client must provide accurate contact, scheduling and training information and must not submit medical records or detailed health information through the Website.

The Website does not provide checkout or process payments. Prices may be displayed for information, but the final service and amount are confirmed directly with the client after an application is approved and before payment.

Where a paid session or training plan is agreed, Version 1 uses 100% prepayment after the service, price and timing have been confirmed directly with the client.

If USDT is used, payment instructions, wallet address and network are provided directly after the booking or service is confirmed. The Website does not publish a general wallet address.

The USDT network and any network-fee information will be confirmed to the client before payment; no network is stated as final until that setup is chosen.

PaninCoach may retain the transaction hash, amount, date and internal booking reference as payment evidence. Do not send seed phrases, private keys or wallet passwords.

Where mandatory EU/EEA or UK consumer law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance service contract, that statutory right applies regardless of any shorter commercial cancellation rule below.

If you ask PaninCoach to begin providing a service during the statutory withdrawal period, you may be asked to make an express request to start early. If you later withdraw after performance has begun, you may have to pay for the part already supplied where the law allows. If the service has been fully performed after the required express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal may end where applicable law provides.

A model withdrawal statement is included in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• Use a safe exercise area and suitable equipment.
• Follow exercise instructions and do not use weights or movements that you cannot perform safely.
• Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, chest pain, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms, and seek appropriate medical assistance.
• Obtain advice or clearance from a qualified healthcare professional before participating if you have a condition, injury, pregnancy/postpartum concern or other issue that may affect exercise safety.
• Do not treat coaching as medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy or healthcare.

Individual results vary. PaninCoach does not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss, muscle gain, body measurement change, performance improvement or result within a specific period.

The parties may agree to use Zoom, Google Meet, Telegram, WhatsApp or another communication platform. The selected platform may have its own terms and privacy notice.

Sessions are not recorded by PaninCoach by default. A recording may be made only if separately agreed and lawfully permitted.

Training plans and materials supplied by PaninCoach are for the client's personal, non-commercial use. They may not be resold, published, copied for commercial distribution or provided to other people as their training programme without permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaninCoach is not responsible for losses caused by ignoring safety instructions, unsafe equipment or environment, inaccurate information provided by the client, or use of a programme by a person for whom it was not designed.

These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights available under the law applicable to the client.

PaninCoach activates countries and states only after the relevant legal and operational requirements have been reviewed. Version 1 does not accept clients located in Mainland China, Russia, Washington State or Nevada. Additional locations may be added later.

Service or privacy complaints may be sent to thepanin.biz@gmail.com. PaninCoach will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and will follow any mandatory complaint process that applies in the client's jurisdiction.

The governing law and seller/contracting details will reflect PaninCoach's actual business establishment at the time a paid contract is offered. Before payment, the client will receive the information required by applicable law. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Submitting a Website application is free and creates no paid order. Once a paid session has been separately agreed, 100% prepayment is required after the booking time is confirmed.
• A session may be rescheduled without a commercial rescheduling fee if PaninCoach receives notice at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
• A cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 12 hours before the start time is normally non-refundable and may be treated as a used session, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or PaninCoach agrees otherwise.
• Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. Arrival more than 20 minutes late may be treated as a missed session.
• If PaninCoach cannot provide the session because of a technical or scheduling problem on the Coach's side, the client may choose a rescheduled session or a refund.
• If a technical problem is solely on the client's side, PaninCoach will act reasonably in the circumstances, but the booked time may be treated as used where the Coach was available and ready to provide the session.

If PaninCoach has not started preparing a custom plan, a cancellation request will normally be refunded in full, subject to any non-excludable law.

If the client has expressly asked PaninCoach to start preparing a custom plan during a statutory cooling-off period and then withdraws after work has begun, PaninCoach may retain or charge the proportion permitted by applicable law for work already performed.

After a custom plan has been fully prepared and delivered, refunds are not normally provided merely because the client changed their mind, except where mandatory consumer law gives a right to a refund or other remedy.

Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for distance service contracts. The period normally starts when the service contract is concluded.

If you want a session or custom-plan preparation to start during that period, PaninCoach may require a separate unchecked confirmation such as:

Model withdrawal statement: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [service], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Email: [email]. Date: [date].” Send it to thepanin.biz@gmail.com.

Where a refund is due, PaninCoach will use the original or another mutually agreed payment method where reasonably possible and lawful. If USDT is used, the refund destination, network and treatment of blockchain network fees will be disclosed or agreed before payment, subject to any mandatory consumer-law requirement.

Where EU/EEA or UK law requires reimbursement within a specific period, the statutory deadline applies.

Fitness coaching involves physical activity and is not risk-free. By participating, you acknowledge the following:

• PaninCoach provides fitness coaching and exercise programming, not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physiotherapy, rehabilitation or emergency healthcare.
• Exercise can involve risk of fatigue, falls, strains, sprains, cardiovascular symptoms and other injury.
• If you have a medical condition, injury, unexplained symptom, recent surgery, pregnancy/postpartum concern, or any doubt about your ability to exercise safely, obtain advice or clearance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
• PaninCoach v1 does not provide coaching during pregnancy.
• Stop exercising immediately and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience chest pain, severe or unusual shortness of breath, fainting, severe dizziness, acute pain or other concerning symptoms.
• You are responsible for using a safe training space and appropriate equipment and for following instructions within your capabilities.
• Online coaching has limitations: the Coach may not be able to observe every angle, environmental hazard or physical response that would be visible in person.
• No specific fitness, body-composition, weight-loss, muscle-gain or performance result is guaranteed.
• This Disclaimer does not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If there is an emergency, contact the emergency services available in your location.

• I understand that PaninCoach fitness coaching is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy or rehabilitation.
• If I have or suspect a medical condition, injury, pregnancy/postpartum concern or other issue that may affect exercise safety, I will obtain appropriate professional medical advice or clearance before participating.
• I will stop exercise and seek appropriate help if I experience concerning symptoms.
• I am responsible for a safe exercise area and suitable equipment.
• I understand that individual fitness results are not guaranteed.
